This one day session is designed to bring attendees up to date with legislative and regulatory changes relating to managing building regulation applications for higher-risk buildings, including an awareness of BSR processes , and roles and responsibilities of team members whilst working on relevant projects. It should challenge their existing perception of their responsibilities and their relationship within the Team.

Notes
Kevin has extensive experience in building control, progressing from a Building Officer to a certified surveyor. He has collaborated with local authorities and served as a Director of the Building Control Alliance and between 2005 to 2006, was President of LABC. Having an extensive knowledge of both European and international building control systems, Kevin has until recently, held the role of Secretary General of the Consortium of European Building Control (CEBC).Since 1970, Kevin has been actively involved in Building Control, eventually becoming a Building Control Manager. In the past five years, he has primarily worked as a consultant, providing training, managing projects, and serving as a Student Assessor.
Kevin is one of Housing LMS lecturers on the CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management.
