The CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management is designed for construction professionals moving into this key duty holder role. The qualification develops the learner’s knowledge and skills tomanage the safety of the building in occupation. This qualification comprises 6 units.
The course will be delivered via weekly live online webinars (approximately two hours per week) over a period of approximately 40 weeks.
Upon successful completion of the programme candidates will be awarded a CIOB Level 6 Diploma in Building Safety Management.

Unit 2: Fire Safety Management for Construction
Unit 3: Building Safety Management
Unit 4: Health Safety & Well-being for Building Safety
Unit 5: Technology & Structures for Building Safety
Unit 6: Building Regulations for Construction
Completion of the two Fire Safety Units are required to obtain the Level 6 Certificate in Fire Safety in Construction.
Assessments are by scenario-based assignments, which are completed as the course progresses, with candidates getting regular one to one feedback from our tutors.
