The course is normally delivered with 2 or 3
classroom days per unit (6 units are required
to gain the Certificate) over a 12 month
period - this can be adjusted to suit the level
and needs of the candidates and employers.
What is this programme designed to achieve?
Candidates will develop skills and knowledge

housing repairs and maintenance.
Aims & outcomes Provide housing staff working at or aspiring to a supervisory or management level with a qualification to suit their needs
Develop skills and knowledge for the current challenges in housing and responsive repairs
Prepare learners for further study in housing related qualifications at level 5 / under graduate level.
The course focuses on 6 units of study. All students complete the following unit: Professional Practice skills for housing
And 5 of the following optional units:
