Course Duration
The course is normally delivered with 2 or 3
classroom days per unit (6 units are required
to gain the Certificate) over a 12 month
period - this can be adjusted to suit the level
and needs of the candidates and employers.

Candidates will develop skills and knowledge
that are applicable to the management of
housing repairs and maintenance.
Aims & outcomes
Provide housing staff working at or aspiring to a supervisory or management level with a qualification to suit their needs
Develop skills and knowledge for the current challenges in housing and responsive repairs
Prepare learners for further study in housing related qualifications at level 5 / under graduate level.
Course content
The course focuses on 6 units of study. All students complete the following unit:

And 5 of the following optional units:
Procurement and contract administration for responsive repairs

Data and performance management for planned maintenance
