Certificate In Managing Housing Maintenance
Provide housing staff working at or aspiring to a supervisory or management level with a qualification to suit their needs, develop skills and knowledge for the current challenges in housing and responsive repairs and prepare learners for further study in housing related qualifications at level 5 / under graduate level.
Duration
The course is normally delivered with 2 or 3 classroom days per unit (6 units are required to gain the Certificate) over a 12 month period – this can be adjusted to suit the level and needs of the candidates and employers.
