Our service – improving competence

We provide a mixture of techniques to deliver your brief, based upon your colleagues’ differing roles and responsibilities. These services can be delivered in-person, virtual, or in pre-recorded video format. Or in mixed media.

Building Safety Readiness review
We can carry out a Readiness Assessment for your organisation to review your service offer against legal and regulatory requirements and provide a detailed plan with recommendations to get you where you need to be.
Board, Executive Team training
We provide in-person or virtual sessions designed to bring Board and Executive Members up to date with legislative and regulatory changes, and just as importantly what their own roles and responsibilities (including the duties of the Principal Accountable Person) are. It may challenge existing perceptions, looking specifically at risks and how to mitigate them. It is likely that it will touch on culture and behaviours - and what may need to change.
Building safety masterclass
These one-day workshop sessions are designed to help managers understand their obligations and duties under the building safety act and give them the tools needed to provide the leadership to ensure compliance.
Building safety awareness workshops
These sessions should ideally be attended by Building Safety, Property Safety, Compliance, Assets, Repairs, Housing Management and Estate Management staff - those staff members who have day to day interaction with tenants, properties, or responsibility for Building Safety within their roles. These sessions can be delivered as many times as necessary with a maximum of 20 members of staff in each session.
Anticipated outcomes
Once we understand the way you would like to group colleagues, we can design bespoke sessions dependant on specific requirements. However, we would expect that the overall, the sessions will deliver the following outcomes but with different emphasis depending on the participants:
